I feel infinitely grateful to have connected with Dr. Yi after a rough injury. Thanks to his surgical skill and expertise, I am returning to fulfilling function in all phases of life, including the demands of physically demanding profession and hobbies like trail running and mountaineering. Dr. Yi expertly balances clear communication on complex options and anatomy with a kind, open, and empathic demeanor. I always felt heard and respected throughout my surgical journey under his care. Surgeons rightfully deserve huge credit for their diligent training and direct interventions, but I also want to thank the entire team at Seattle Orthopedic Center (OSS, Proliance) for my smooth journey. Everyone from the front desk employees at both offices, surgical planners, MAs, radiology techs, anesthesiologist, and operating room nurses and PAs were highly welcoming and professional. It truly takes a village to see patients through complex injuries and I couldn’t be more thankful I found the one at OSS. Thank you again Dr. Yi and team for helping me thrive following a devastating injury and for all the memories I’ve yet to make on this foot!
